1 bunch of fresh broccoli (chopped)
2 carrots (chopped)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1/2 red bell pepper (chopped)
1 garlic clove (finely chopped or put through a garlic press)
1 14 oz. can of chicken broth
2 cups cooked chicken (diced)
1 16 oz. jar of alfredo sauce
Basically, throw everything together in a pot and cook until the vegetables are tender. Takes maybe a half an hour, and then you have a great soup! You can also garnish with freshly grated parmesan cheese and freshly chopped basil if you want the more fancy presentation

I tried this and it was pretty good. I put everything in the food processor and it made it SUPER fast. I wouldn't shred the chicken...just cut it in cubes
